Ship Finance

"Exceptional performance and first-class work"

- Chambers Europe 2010

Based in London and Greece (all maritime business in Greece continues to be conducted in the name of Constant & Constant), the team offers tailored and innovative financing solutions.

Our specialist team advises on a wide range of UK and international transactions. Our experts work with both lenders and borrowers, and represent most of the major ship finance banks and financiers including RBS, Deutsche Schiffsbank AG, HSH Nordbank, Bank of Scotland, Fortis Bank, Credit Suisse and Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation. We also have a substantial number of Indian banking clients.

We can help you with the drafting and negotiation of loan documentation, negotiation of new building contracts, long term charters and leasing arrangements, ship sale and purchase (new building and second hand tonnage), and the restructuring of existing credit facilities, including workouts and enforcements.

TLT has been commended for innovation in the Financial Services sector by the Financial Times in its Innovative Lawyers Report 2009.
