- Acting for a Greek shipping group with respect to the negotiation of shipbuilding contracts for four newbuildings and the subsequent cancellation/ rescission following the builder’s voluntary administration.
- Assisting European owner on the repurchase of a bulker newbuilding resale by acquisition of the buyer SPV with long term financing time charter.
- Devising multi-jurisdictional joint venture agreements for an international shipping agency network.
