TLT is one of the largest commercial firms in the region, and we are also committed to providing an expert, efficient and responsive service to all our private clients, many of whom use us for corporate services. Head of the Family team – David Woodward – is described by Chambers UK 2011 as "a classy guy and what he doesn’t know about family law isn’t worth knowing."

The team undertakes all family law related work but specialises in:

  • financial settlements following divorce or relationship breakdown including complex, substantial assets cases, or with an international element
  • pre-marital agreements
  • cohabitation - agreements and disputes
  • children - residence and contact disputes, abduction.
