TLT's specialist team based in London and Bristol is dedicated to taking action against negligent professionals who have caused losses to our Financial Services clients.

Our lawyers handle professional negligence and fraud claims involving surveyors, solicitors and brokers. The team has established procedures aimed at achieving the maximum recovery as soon as possible after a claim has been identified and before proceedings are issued in most instances. In appropriate cases, claims are brought through the Land Registry Indemnity scheme and the Solicitors' Regulatory Authority Compensation Fund.
