Private Equity is a strategic area for TLT and is growing. We have invested in people and resources so as to provide up-to-date expertise and the necessary specialist resource in critical areas such as tax, employee benefits, pensions, finance and anti-trust.

The firm is embedded in the South West business community and, with its brand new offices in Gresham Street in the City, it brings the pragmatic and commercially driven advice culture of the firm to the private equity community.

Our aim is first and foremost to deliver the highest quality advice based on up-to-date market know-how; this is done against an overall culture of providing a cost effective and competitive service.

We have advised Private Equity sponsors as well as their investee companies, investment trusts, management teams, and corporate and individual vendors as well as those that finance private equity deals.
