Our Lender Sales team consists of approximately 90 people and acts on behalf of a number of top UK lenders and receivers in the sale of properties. Client are delighted by our pro-active approach to the sale of properties and appreciate that we always strive to get the best outcome for them.

• Report on title - we check title on properties and identify any defects or potential claims, advising you on the best way to deal with this. We pursue the correct information early in order to ensure that marketing the property is not delayed in any way.
• Reducing the time to completion - you can expect a straight forward sale to complete in the shortest possible time from acceptance of offer and we pro-actively manage the process to ensure your timescales are met, keeping you informed at every point in the transaction.
• Surplus funds - we quickly distribute surplus funds for you after completion of sale. Freeing you to pursue your normal business goals.
