With teams based in Bristol and London, our partners each have more than 10 years experience of providing advice to clients in their specialist fields. The team acts for clearing banks, other financial institutions, insolvency office-holders, government agencies, other creditors and debtors.

We are ambitious and expanding, providing expert and commercial advice in all areas of corporate recovery and insolvency law and practice. We have the capacity to deal with all instructions, from the largest restructurings and formal insolvencies, through to acting for individual creditors and other stakeholders.

The team is supported by highly regarded experts in banking, finance, property, pensions, employment and licensing - all with significant experience and understanding of insolvency law and practice.
