Non-Executive Directors network

The Non-Executive Directors extranet (NEDNET) is a new and innovative information and networking service provided by TLT's corporate team. 

We are providing this site as a free dedicated resource for Non-Executive Directors and the companies they work for.  The site features guides, fact sheets, checklists and example documents and key legal information for NEDs working with management at companies of all sizes and stages of growth.

The NEDNET extranet works in conjunction with the NEDNET LinkedIn group and other offerings from TLT, including regular networking events and legal updates, to provide you with information, support and contacts to make sure your expertise is utilised to maximum effect.

TLT's extranets 

As our extranets are developed and hosted in-house, are regularly used as a resource for transactions (including virtual data rooms and document storage for corporate clients) and for making know how available to key clients, making a bespoke extranet available for NEDs reflects our view that they are a key resource for companies that we continue to support.

The NEDNET LinkedIn group is also a hub for interaction and networking between NEDs and for feedback on the network generally.
