Company Compliance Review - Review of statutory books, supporting documentation, the company's filing history, preparation of report and action plan to keep the company's registers and filing up to date.

Annual Secretarial Services - To meet the standard statutory compliance requirements with the use, if required, of our offices as the registered address of the company. Preferential rates are available for groups of companies and ask about fixed fees.

Bespoke Secretarial Services - Examples include drafting or revising Memorandum and Articles of Association, preparation of minutes and resolutions, appointment and removal of directors, allotment, issue and transfer of shares, attending to registration/satisfaction of charges and company dissolution.
