TLT's Banking & Asset Finance team advises banks and corporates on the structure and documentation of all aspects of debt and asset finance, including regulatory, security and priority issues.

We are well known for property finance (both investment and development), ship finance, acquisition finance, development and project finance (including financing of wind farm projects) and trade finance (including letters of credit, performance bonds and ICC rules and instruments).

We offer comprehensive advice to in-house banking teams providing regular on site surgery services, in-house seminars, full document review and revision services and secondment of staff where required. Our specialists also speak at external conferences and seminars.

We regularly act for a range of finance providers, including Lloyds TSB, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation and leading ethical bank, Triodos. We also act for a number of overseas banks, with particular experience in Europe and in the Indian subcontinent. We are regularly instructed on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional facilities, including syndicated loans.
