The Employee Incentives team at TLT forms part of its Total Reward strategy.We are very experienced in all aspects of remuneration strategy, with a particular focus on employee share schemes and bonus schemes.
We have an active interest in current trends in the market place and want to work closely with our clients to deliver the right solution for them. The members of our team have a strong history of retaining strong relationships with clients from inception of the schemes to an exit or change event and beyond.
We aim to be approachable, responsive and to give clear commercial advice in this technical area of law.
