We offer a fixed fee Advice Line Service which provides certainty on costs and helps promote a culture of "checking first" amongst managers.
Training
We regularly provide tailor made training for HR and line managers on issues such as diversity, performance/absence management and handling disciplinaries. The training is practical and workshop based, and receives many plaudits.
Employment Tribunal Claims
We have a proven track record of defending employers against difficult and sometimes very complex and high value tribunal claims. We also offer optional claims insurance which covers a wide range of Tribunal claims. Cover would mean that your legal costs following receipt of the claim and any compensation payable, would be met by the policy. Please contact us for details.
