The Team:
TLT is recognised as having one of the foremost real estate groups in the Region, with over 100 staff. The Group includes a number of nationally rated individuals. Our property expertise embraces investment, portfolio management, finance, planning, construction, environmental, development and dispute resolution.
The Property Litigation and Licensed Trade Team is one of four teams within the Real Estate Group comprising 36 fee earners (including 4 partners) and 17 support staff.
Responsible to
This role reports to one Partner and one fee earner.
Main Purpose of the Job
To assist with secretarial and administrative tasks. To provide assistance to others in the Team and Group when required.
Key Tasks and Duties
Digital dictation (audio typing).
Creating/amending documents.
Answering telephone calls/dealing with clients/taking messages.
Filing and general admin duties such as faxing and photocopying.
Assisting the Team/Group with overflow typing.
Managing diary appointments and making arrangements for meetings.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
Accuracy, good organisational skills and flexibility
Previous legal experience is essential and this should ideally be in litigation.
Good knowledge of Word and Outlook is required and experience in Excel, PowerPoint and imanage would be beneficial.
