    Responsible to
    Business Support Officers and the Business Support Team Manager

    Main Purpose of the Job
    To support the Business Support Officers by assisting in the provision of the daily, weekly and monthly internal reports, external management information reports and internal service standard reports as well as assisting to ensure that electronic copies of the team manuals, group policies and protocols are up to date.

    Key Tasks and Duties
  • To provide support to the Business Support Officers (BSO)
  • To assist in the running of the daily, weekly and monthly reports and sending them to BSO or Team Supervisors for checking
  • To assist in updating and maintaining the various electronic copies of the Team Manuals
  • To assist in updating and maintaining the Group's policies and protocols regarding absence, internet and email use, housekeeping rules, and any policies or protocols that are applicable to the Group
  • Using Solcase, to monitor the second insurance payments for Millfield cases and, when appropriate and in accordance with the written protocol, arrange for the payments to be sent to Millfield

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Ideally competent using Excel but not essential.
  • To enjoy working as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate at various levels.
