New partner significantly boosts TLT's real estate offering

National law firm TLT has recruited real estate lawyer Stephen Elliott from international law firm Hogan Lovells International LLP. Stephen was a senior associate at Hogan Lovells and joins TLT's City office as a partner. Stephen's appointment follows a successful year for TLT's real estate practice which has won several new panel appointments including WHSmith, Interserve and The Guinness Partnership.

Stephen has broad real estate experience with particular expertise in high value acquisitions and disposals including portfolio transactions worth in excess of £1billion on behalf of institutional investors, pension funds and private property companies and individual property sales and acquisitions worth up to £450million. Stephen has extensive experience in property development work and has acted for both domestic and off-shore real estate funds in major fund transactions and has significant experience in providing real estate advice in relation to major corporate, finance and insolvency transactions.

TLT's Head of real estate, Andrew Glynn, comments, "Stephen's arrival further enhances TLT's national real estate presence. He's a first class addition to our rapidly expanding London office and I am delighted that he has joined the firm."
