4. The Financial Times rates TLT as one of the 50 most innovative law firms in Europe and has done so for four consecutive years.

7. TLT actively supports communities local to its offices. Every year TLT staff nominate a charity upon which to focus their support. One of TLT's most popular staff volunteering schemes is a reading buddy initiative, which helps primary school children improve their literacy skills and confidence in reading. At the MPF Awards 2013 TLT was named "Best Community Engagement" for the firm's contribution and commitment to the Ablaze reading buddies and Ablaze mentoring schemes. TLT participates in the Payroll Giving scheme which entitles employees to make tax efficient contributions to a charity of their choice.

8. TLT has an Environmental Action Committee, led by senior management and with representatives from across the business, which has responsibility for creating and implementing energy saving initiatives. TLT was one of the first firms of its size to do this (in 2007).
